Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?

What is your terms of payment?

A：  Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We have R&D team with over 20 years experience in BBQ area. Creative ideas will be shared with you for developing your unique products. 

A：  Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, term of payment 30% deposit, full payment before delivery the goods.

What is the lead time?

A：  It usually takes 60 to 90 days after sample confirmation, artworks and receiving your deposits for the order. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

What is your terms of packing?

A：  Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons or color boxes. We also use honeycomb carton with paper/wood pellet for heavy items. And we also can pack as per your requirements.

What is your terms of delivery? Port of loading? 

A：  We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. Port of loading is Nanjing, but we could also ship from Shanghai port if it is needed. 

How to solve the quality problems after sales?

A：  Please take photos of the defective units, and share with us. We will make a satisfied solution for you if there is any epidemic flaw caused by the factory. 

Do you have any MOQ?

A：  Yes, we do have MOQ for any orders. You could mix a couple of items in a full container as the trial order. We are looking for long term business relationship.  

Is it OK to use my own brand?

A：  Yes, products can be made under your own brand.

Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A：  We are the original manufacturer of all products we sell.
